⚠️Your Tap Water and Receipts Are TOXIC⚠️
⚠️Your Tap Water Is TOXIC⚠️
What most people think Tap Water is:
- Hydration
- Just Water...?
What they are actually drinking:
- Water
- Heavy Metals
- Radioactive Chemicals
- Chlorine
- Chloramines
- VOCs
- Medications
- Antibiotics
- Herbicides
- Pesticides
- Bacteria
- Parasites
- MTBE
- Vinyl Chloride
- Forever Chemicals
- Microplastics
- And more!
Facts
- New York City’s tap water quality is ONE OF THE BEST in the United States... (keep this in mind) 👇🏼
- The worst of the contaminants is "total trihalomethanes", a group of chemicals including: bromochloromethane, dibromochloromethane, and CHLOROFORM (yes, the stuff in movies that knocks people unconscious!).
Explain
Water is a MAJOR source of environmental TOXINS... so filtering can make a big impact on your health!
These are my favorite water filters!
Try to add electrolytes and trace minerals to your water after filtering.
These are my favorite electrolytes and trace minerals that I add to my water!
‼️The contaminants in tap water are especially harmful to women's health and can impact our hormones immensely‼️

⚠️Your Receipts Are TOXIC⚠️
A new study found toxic chemicals in 80% of receipt paper tested!!!
Facts
- Your skin is transdermal
- Meaning: What touches your skin, can be absorbed into your body
Explain
Cash register receipts made of thermal paper expose workers AND shoppers to endocrine-disrupting chemicals AND they contaminate paper recycling streams.
Bisphenol S was the most frequently detected (85% of tested receipts), followed by Pergafast 201 (12%), and Bisphenol A (1%).
A one-time touch or rare touch of a receipt isn’t a big deal, but try to limit it and not handle receipts more than you have to.
If you work in retail or have a job that handles receipts daily, try to wear gloves to protect yourself!
